The challenge

Lyse Agon was rapidly expanding its network of high-power chargers across Norway, but heavy electric fleets were operating almost blind. There was no proper booking system, no unified data, no monitoring, and no insight into charger status. Fleet managers struggled to coordinate drivers, schedules, and invoicing, often discovering operational issues only when a driver called in frustration.

Their ambition: create a fully integrated charging and fleet ecosystem the market had never seen before.

The solution

Vivicta brought together engineers, architects and designers to build Megalading, a comprehensive charger booking management platform for heavy EV fleets.

The solution introduced:

• Real time charger data for operations, invoicing and insights
• AD-based authorization for secure, role specific access
• Integrated monitoring and automated alerts to detect charger faults early, speed up issue resolution and reduce downtime
• A unified operations dashboard providing full network visibility

With the launch of megalading.no, fleets gained access to dynamic timeslot booking based on both availability and energy cost. Drivers used QR codes for instant charging status, while Lyse Agon gained real-time control and predictable operations with real-time fault detection, and integration to their WorkOrder system.
