A pioneering heavy EV charger booking application that transforms fleet operations through smart booking, real-time visibility and seamless system integration.
Head of System Integration, Vivicta
Lyse Agon was rapidly expanding its network of high-power chargers across Norway, but heavy electric fleets were operating almost blind. There was no proper booking system, no unified data, no monitoring, and no insight into charger status. Fleet managers struggled to coordinate drivers, schedules, and invoicing, often discovering operational issues only when a driver called in frustration.
Their ambition: create a fully integrated charging and fleet ecosystem the market had never seen before.
Vivicta brought together engineers, architects and designers to build Megalading, a comprehensive charger booking management platform for heavy EV fleets.
The solution introduced:
With the launch of megalading.no, fleets gained access to dynamic timeslot booking based on both availability and energy cost. Drivers used QR codes for instant charging status, while Lyse Agon gained real-time control and predictable operations with real-time fault detection, and integration to their WorkOrder system.
API Management, iPaaS and Data ObservabilityLyse Agon is a key player in Norway’s energy and EV infrastructure landscape, operating a growing network of high-power charging stations across the Nordic region. Serving heavy EV fleets, logistics companies and commercial operators, Lyse Agon focuses on delivering reliable, scalable charging infrastructure that supports the transition to sustainable and well-organized transport.
About Lyse Agon ASWe built a booking engine that combines availability, energy measurements and fleet needs, enabling fleets to plan efficient, time and cost optimized charging.
A unified dashboard shows charger status, bookings, active sessions and early error signals — giving operators full control 24/7.
Automated monitoring and alerts detect charger faults early, helping improve uptime and reduce support workload.
