The Security AI Lab is a structured, hands‑on lab day designed to help organisations prepare their data security, governance and control foundations for safe AI and Copilot adoption in Microsoft 365.
Rather than theory or slideware, the day consists of two complementary sessions showing why AI safety begins with data, and how Microsoft Purview policies directly influence Copilot and AI behaviour in real-world use.
The lab connects business decisions, governance models and technical controls, showing how clarity around data sensitivity, ownership and protection enables predictable, responsible AI usage across Microsoft 365.
The Security AI Lab is designed as two complementary tracks, Business and Technical, each focusing on a different perspective of safe and responsible AI.
While this Business Track focuses on AI risk, governance and decision‑making, the Technical Track shows how those same decisions translate into concrete controls and real Copilot behaviour in Microsoft 365.
To get the full value from the day, we warmly welcome participation from both business leaders and technical experts from each organization.
Teams attending both tracks benefit from a shared understanding, clearer alignment and faster, safer AI adoption.
