Governance at Vivicta

The topics identified as material for Vivicta are closely linked to business conduct and include our corporate culture, the protection of whistleblowers, and the management of supplier relationships, including payment practices.

To address identified risks related to corporate culture and to strengthen positive impacts and opportunities, Vivicta applies a comprehensive set of governance related policies and guidelines. Key policies linked to the material governance topics include the Code of Conduct, the Supplier Code of Conduct and our Whistleblowing Rule.

 

The Code of Conduct serves as a foundation for ethical behavior in all our operations. To ensure safe reporting in case of violations of the conduct, Vivicta provides a fully anonymous whistleblowing channel handled with care and confidentiality.

All our employees are required to complete an e-learning package annually, to ensure all our workforce is up to date with the expectations for ethical conduct and acting responsibly.

Targets:

  • 100% completion rate on annual Code of Conduct training for all employees
