Using modern technology and data, we aim to make a positive environmental impact. Our solutions benefit customers and society as a whole.
At Vivicta, environmental sustainability is a continuous commitment embedded in our operations. Being environmentally conscious and doing our part to combat climate change and improve the circulation of materials are important aspects to how we work and deliver services.
We are committed to taking meaningful steps to decarbonize our operations, as reflected in both our short-term and long-term GHG reduction targets.
GHG reduction targets – short term and long term:
To reach these targets, we have identified measures such as applying sustainability criteria in IT procurement, and utilizing renewable energy in our operations.
Scope 3 emissions account for the majority of Vivicta’s total emissions. Meaningful reductions depend on our suppliers’ climate actions, which is why we strengthen supplier engagement, develop supporting tools and enhance dialogue with our suppliers.
Reducing our environmental impact includes prioritizing repair, reuse and refurbishment of existing assets, and recycling materials at the end of their useful life.
Circular economy target:
Vivicta has long-term collaboration to extend the useful lifecycle of its own and its' customers' electronic equipment. Through these collaborations, thousands of kilograms of IT assets are reused each year, minimizing not only the waste being recycled or landfilled, but also reducing the demand for new materials.
