Vivicta has been named a Leader in three categories of the ISG Provider Lens® Private/Hybrid Cloud – Data Center Services 2026 study for the Nordics, reaffirming its position among the region's leading providers of managed infrastructure and cloud services. The study evaluated 54 service providers across the Nordic market.

Vivicta was recognized as a Leader in:

  • AI-ready Infrastructure Managed Services – Large Accounts
  • Managed Cloud Hosting and Resilient Infrastructure Services
  • AI-ready Infrastructure Managed Services – Midmarket

According to ISG, Nordic organizations are increasingly seeking infrastructure that can support AI adoption while addressing digital sovereignty, resilience and sustainability requirements. As enterprises move AI initiatives from pilot projects to large-scale operations, they are looking for partners that can provide secure, compliant and energy-efficient hybrid environments.

"Vivicta demonstrates strong regional differentiation through its AI-driven OmniManage platform, enabling Nordic enterprises to achieve predictive, automated and sovereign infrastructure operations aligned with evolving regulatory and sustainability demands," says Meenakshi Srivastava, Lead Analyst, ISG.

Building resilient enterprise infrastructure for the AI era

The 2026 study highlights several key market trends reshaping enterprise infrastructure strategies across the Nordics, including the growing demand for sovereign cloud capabilities, AI-ready operations, advanced automation and resilient infrastructure services. Organizations are increasingly balancing innovation ambitions with regulatory requirements, data residency considerations and sustainability goals.

The report notes that Vivicta’s strengths include its sovereign-by-design approach, AI-powered operations, automation capabilities and highly resilient managed infrastructure services. The report also recognizes Vivicta's ability to help organizations modernize securely while maintaining transparency, governance and operational control across complex hybrid environments.

“Managed services are evolving rapidly as AI shifts the focus from tickets and manual tasks to automation and increasingly autonomous operations. Vivicta recognized this shift early and has been helping Nordic organizations prepare for what comes next. As our customers progress toward autonomous operations, this recognition from ISG confirms that we are moving in the right direction,” says VojtÄ›ch Grygera, Head of Multicloud Managed Services at Vivicta.

AI, sovereignty and sustainability driving market demand

ISG notes that Nordic enterprises increasingly view infrastructure decisions through the lens of resilience, data control and sustainability rather than simply capacity and cost. The region's access to renewable energy, focus on low-carbon operations and strong regulatory environment have positioned the Nordics as an important hub for European data processing and AI workloads.

At the same time, enterprises are seeking infrastructure partners that can help reduce operational complexity through AIOps, automation and AI-driven service management while ensuring critical data and operations remain under clear jurisdictional control.
