Sr. SAP OpenText VIM Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP OpenText VIM Consultant to support and enhance our Vendor Invoice Management processes within SAP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining OpenText VIM, as well as integrating it with SAP systems (ECC or S/4HANA). This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and IT to streamline invoice processing, improve compliance, and ensure system stability.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement OpenText VIM solutions within the SAP landscape.
Customize VIM workflows and document processing scenarios.
Integrate VIM with SAP MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), and AP (Accounts Payable) modules.
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Work on VIM add-ons such as Business Center (formerly ICC), Archive Center, and OCR capabilities.
Monitor and troubleshoot invoice processing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
Participate in system upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and testing activities.
Maintain documentation for VIM configurations and business processes.
