# Job Title : Senior Azure Integration Expert

## Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled **Azure Integration Engineer** with strong hands-on experience in Azure API Management (APIM),Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions with .NET / C# as a mandatory programming skill.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade

integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.

## Key Responsibilities

### Integration & API Development

* Design and implement RESTful APIs using **Azure API Management (APIM)

* Develop backend services using **Azure Functions (C#/.NET)

* Build workflow-based integrations using **Azure Logic Apps

* Integrate cloud and on-premise systems using APIs, events, and messaging

### Development & Implementation

* Develop serverless applications using **C#/.NET**

* Implement data transformations (JSON, XML)

* Handle authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, Managed Identity)

* Implement error handling, retries, and monitoring

### Production Support & Operations (L2 / L3)

* Provide L2/L3 production support for Azure-based integration solutions

* Monitor APIs, Logic Apps, and Functions using Azure Monitor and Application Insights

* Analyze and resolve production incidents related to:

* API failures

* Integration latency

* Authentication and authorization issues

* Data transformation and payload errors

* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes

* Handle production deployments, hotfixes, and rollbacks

* Tune performance and optimize resource usage in production environments

* Ensure high availability and reliability through proactive monitoring and alerts

###  DevOps & Operations

* Implement CI/CD pipelines using **Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions**

* Manage configuration and secrets using **Azure Key Vault**

* Monitor integrations using **Azure Monitor, Application Insights**

* Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues
 

###  Governance & Best Practices

* Enforce API governance and security standards

* Ensure compliance with enterprise integration guidelines

* Document APIs, workflows, and architecture diagrams

## Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

###  Core Azure Skills

Azure API Management (APIM) – policies, products, subscriptions, security

Azure Logic Apps – consumption/standard, connectors, workflow patterns

Azure Functions – C#/.NET development, triggers, bindings

### Programming

Strong proficiency in C# / .NET (.NET Core preferred)

Experience building REST APIs and serverless functions

###  Integration & APIs

* REST, JSON, XML

* OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys

* API lifecycle management

## Good-to-Have Skills

* Azure Service Bus / Event Grid / Event Hub

* Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, SQL

* Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

* Microservices architecture

* Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Camel – optional)

* Exposure to AI/LLM integration is a plus

## Experience Level

**4-7 years** hands-on Azure integration experience

## Education

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

## Soft Skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams

* Good communication and documentation skills
