OTM Techno-functional Consultant - Experienced (2-4 Yrs)

Role - Experienced (2-4 Yrs):

*Minimum 2-4 Years OTM Technical experience in OTM Cloud and latest versions.
*OTM monitoring competency like handling event & transmissions monitoring 
*Basic technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application modules such as order management, OTM finance, shipment management and automation agents.
*Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics.
*Must have capability to check OTM logs.
*Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations and OTM architecture.
*Good analytical skills to work on daily tasks.
*Good to have experience of ServiceNow tool handling, ITSM process understanding.
*Candidate will be part of RUN team to handle daily monitoring, INC/RITMs.
*Good in communication skills.
