We are setting up new Master Data Maintenance team as part of building our finance shared service center in Riga, designed to meet the internal needs of Vivicta.

Vivicta SIA is looking for a Master Data Maintenance (MDM) Manager to lead and develop the MDM unit. This team is responsible for creating and maintaining master data that underpin key business processes and directly influence the internal customer experience.
 

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Master Data Maintenance unit responsible for business data maintenance across Vivicta group companies
  • Developing unit plans and setting clear goals and priorities across key areas: master data creation and maintenance, strategic project support, and data quality
  • Establishing a productive, positive, and ethical work environment
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members
  • Ensuring that services delivered by the team meet customer expectations regarding deadlines and KPIs
  • Being accountable for the overall performance and results of the Master Data Maintenance unit
  • Continuously developing, implementing, and monitoring improvements in operational efficiency, speed, cost, and quality
  • Collaborating with development teams and other stakeholders to identify best practices and drive process improvements

We expect you to have:

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Fluent spoken & written English (for working with foreign customers and colleagues)
  • 3–5 years of experience in master data, business analytics, financial accounting, audit, or a similar data‑driven function
  • At least 2 years of experience in a people management role
  • Experience working in a Shared Services or centralized operations environment (advantage)
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
  • Excellent leadership and team‑development capabilities
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive change, improve processes, and implement best practices
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Positive, professional, and ethical character with a hands‑on, “can‑do” attitude

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
