D365 Dynamics CE Senior Consultant - Vivicta

We are looking for a D365 Microsoft Dynamics CE Senior consultant who wants to be a part of Vivicta. We serve our customers by combining global capabilities and Nordic proximity and help our customers modernize their digital landscape to be fit for new opportunities in the rapidly changing business environment.

When joining Vivicta as a Dynamics CE Senior consultant, you will be part of Vivicta’s Microsoft Dynamics unit of over 350 consultants in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia and India, delivering projects and services across Northern Europe.

As a Dynamics Senior Consultant, you will support sales cases and engage with our customers and ensure that we justify the trust our customers place in Vivicta through high quality delivery.

To succeed in this role, you have a consultative mindset and strong customer focus with an excellent Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solution background. Understanding and being able to support in configurations and customizations, customer requirements, scoping, discovering and defining end-to-end solutions and explaining business benefits is essential in this role.

Your work can include anything from standard implementations of Sales, Customer Service or Field Service -modules, all the way to custom built Canvas Applications and heavily modified CE -deliveries.

You inspire colleagues through predictability in line with Microsoft methodologies and tools and Vivicta’s Global Delivery Model and help assure commercial success for all parties involved.

We also appreciate

• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate)
• Experience in discussing with the customer in their language and understanding their key business processes and challenges
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE core processes
• Consulting skills and attitude combined with good social skills to drive customer growth
• Leading in solution design, configuring/customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE projects
• Previous involvement in building custom Canvas Applications is an advantage
• Technical knowledge is an advantage to interpretate Plug-ins or Client-Side modifications
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Certifications are an advantage
