We are looking for a senior Azure architect to lead the design and implementation of our new hybrid cloud strategy.

With us, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Leading the design and implementation of our new Hybrid Cloud strategy, utilizing Azure Arc to unify management across On-Prem and Cloud.
  • Service Evolution: Evaluating and implementing Azure services (such as Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, and Azure Policy) to improve the security and efficiency of our current On-Prem/Private Cloud operations.
  • Architecture & Design: creating high-level architectural designs for customer environments, ensuring high availability and industry best practices.
  • Mentoring & Guidance: Acting as the technical authority, guiding our existing Windows Server Specialists in adopting cloud-native tools and workflows.

WE expect you to have:

  • Expertise in Azure Architecture: Proven experience designing and implementing Azure solutions (IaaS/PaaS) with a strong focus on security and governance.
  • Specific experience or strong conceptual knowledge of Azure Arc for servers, allowing management of non-Azure resources using Azure tools.
  • Foundation in Windows Server: Since our core business is server management, you must have a solid background in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and Failover Clustering.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience moving away from manual configuration to automation using PowerShell, ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Virtualization Knowledge: Deep understanding of VMware or Hyper-V and how they integrate with hybrid cloud scenarios (e.g., Azure Migrate).
  • Active English (spoken and written) with the ability to explain complex cloud concepts to technical teams and customers.
