Help us guide enterprise teams in adopting agentic AI safely, effectively, and at scale. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with coaching, facilitation, and advisory skills to help organizations turn AI opportunities into practical business outcomes.
You'll work on:
Coaching teams and leaders on adopting AI agents and agentic workflows
Helping organizations establish AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
Supporting the design of AI solutions with tracing, evaluations, observability, and quality controls
Facilitating architecture discussions, workshops, and AI strategy sessions
Enabling software and platform teams to implement AI capabilities using modern cloud-native practices
Capturing architectural decisions, patterns, and best practices through ADRs and reference architectures
Driving AI literacy and change management across technical and business stakeholders
You bring:
AI & Agentic Systems
Practical experience with agent frameworks (Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, or similar)
Understanding of RAG, evaluations, observability, tracing, and AI quality assurance
Ability to translate AI concepts into actionable guidance for engineering teams and business stakeholders
Backstage or Internal Developer Platform experience
AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and model lifecycle management
Background in regulated industries
Pre-sales, customer advisory, or consulting experience
Experience creating learning paths, enablement materials, or communities of practice

Compensation: We offer a monthly salary ranging from€5,500 to €6,800, based on your background, expertise, and the value you bring to the role.
