We are looking for an Accounts Receivables & Cash Accountant to join our finance team.
Accounts Receivables & Cash Accountant is responsible for customer invoicing, bank account reconciliations, cash transaction processing, and payment execution. The role supports accurate financial records, month-end closing activities, reporting, and efficient cash management while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
With us you will be responsible for:
Account customer invoices and ensure timely invoice delivery to customers
Prepare and send out customer dunning letters and reconciliation letter
Monitor and reconcile Vivicta bank accounts on a daily basis according to company procedures
Provide support to local finance employees with respect to bank account matters
Execute vendor, employee, Tax and other type of payments
Perform monthly closing activities
Take part in various internal development initiatives
Prepare reports for internal customers, auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders
Take care of maintaining the internal documentation (manuals, instructions etc.)
We expect you have:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field
Previous experience in finance and/or accounting will be considered as an advantage
Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Detail oriented personality with logical thinking
Very good communication and problem-solving skills
High sense of responsibility
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
