Building the future workplace through allyship and inclusion

Pride month is a powerful reminder that inclusion isn’t a campaign – it’s a commitment we live every day. At Vivicta, we build solutions that shape societies.

Diverse perspectives are key to creating technology that serves the world around us. In a technology-driven organization, diversity is not just important, but fundamental. The solutions we design influence everyday life, and they must reflect the diversity of the people who use them. Evidence shows - diverse teams are more innovative, challenge assumptions, and are able to make better decisions.

At Vivicta, diversity and inclusion are not just ambitions; they are embedded in how we operate and grow. In 2025, 27% of our workforce represented underrepresented genders, and we are committed to increasing this to 35% across both our overall workforce and people leader roles by 2030.

We drive this progress through consistent, measurable actions. These include training on unconscious bias, structured career development and mentoring programs, and clear guidance for inclusive recruitment practices.

To further strengthen our impact, we emphasize accountability and transparency.  We regularly track progress against our targets and integrate diversity goals into leadership priorities. We continuously review our processes to identify and remove barriers across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to advancement.

Where inclusion becomes impact

Our values come together in GRIT – Guts, Results, Integrity, and Team. For us, TEAM is where diversity and inclusion truly come to life. It means succeeding together by bringing different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences toward a shared goal.

But diversity alone is not enough.

Real impact comes from allyship and inclusion – from creating an environment where everyone feels safe to contribute, and where different voices are actively heard, valued, and acted upon. When people no longer need to spend energy “fitting in,” they can focus on what matters most: creating, solving, and innovating.

Culture is not something that simply surrounds us;  it is something we build every day – through the stories we tell, the voices we amplify, and the behaviors we choose to normalize.

Let’s continue building the future together – with GRIT, and with TEAM at the core.
