If so, the Service Desk Specialist position will open the door for you to the world of IT and Vivicta.
Our customers are among the most demanding IT users in the Nordic countries. Our mission is to provide them with platforms, expertise, and services to ensure their systems are always available to end users.
You will be responsible for:
Receive IT requests from customers via phone, chat, email, and our ticketing tool
Help resolve incidents and customer requests
Communicate with both technical teams and customers in English
Support your teammates by helping to distribute incoming requests
Provide remote assistance to end users
Investigate and diagnose end-user issues
We expect you to have:
Fluent English (level B2 or higher) nad Polish (Strong advantage)
Education in IT or a good understanding of IT concepts
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Contract is for an indefinite period of time > we count on you!
Work partially or completely remote > in shifts
extra holidays > we have 25 days off plus 2 sick days.
