We are now offering an opportunity to join our HR Team in the role of HR Support Specialist.

With us you will be responsible for:

• Providing HR administrative support for Nordic countries
• Supporting employees with employment-related questions
• Preparing and maintaining employment contracts and related documentation
• Ensuring accurate personal data entry and updates in HR systems
• Creating and distributing HR reports and reminders
• Assisting in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant information
• Supporting management and employees with various HR-related queries

 We expect you have:

• Previous work experience in HR operations or administrative roles
• Work experience with payroll will be considered as an advantage
• Higher education in Business, HR or other related field
• Fluent spoken and written English (for working with foreign colleagues)
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• «Can do» approach and high sense of responsibility
• Detail-oriented and accurate personality

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
