At Vivicta, we live by GRIT – Guts, Result, Integrity, and Team. These principles guide how we lead, collaborate, and grow:

  • Guts: We challenge the status quo and pioneer new ways of working.

  • Result: We focus on delivering enhanced impact and business value.

  • Integrity: We act with transparency, high ethics, and trust.

  • Team: We empower, develop, and unite people behind a shared vision.

We are now seeking a visionary Head of Talent to lead our global Talent Operations into the future, driving business impact and growth

Your Mission

As Head of Talent, you will lead and develop our core talent operations:

  • Talent Acquisition -> attract and acquire the best talent

  • Staffing & Workforce Transformation -> rotate and allocate, and utilize talent in impactful projects

  • Learning & Development -> continuously right skill and develop our talent

You don’t need to be a subject matter expert in each area—but you do need to be a strategic leader with a strong transformation mindset. You bring clarity to complexity, inspire cross-functional teams, and embed scalable, human-centric ways of working across geographies. You understand how to align people, culture, and capability with business strategy—and you know how to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead with Vision

  • Define and execute a global talent strategy that supports our business transformation and growth.

  • Inspire and guide our HR and talent teams across all 9 countries, fostering collaboration and a shared purpose.

Operate Globally, Act Locally

  • Build frameworks that scale across diverse markets—from Finland to India—while respecting local cultures and needs.

  • Lead with empathy, adaptability and accountability in cross-cultural environments.

Modernize Talent Operations

  • Champion agile, experience-led talent strategies that leverage digital tools, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making to drive digital transformation across talent processes, enhancing agility and scalability

  • Shape a learning culture that supports leadership development, internal mobility, and future skills.

Be a Change Leader

  • Lead talent transformation as we establish our stand-alone company.

  • Guide teams through change with clarity, empathy, and purpose—ensuring alignment between people, process, and strategy.

  • Challenge the status quo and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Drive Strategic Execution

  • Build strong stakeholder engagement across business units, HR, and leadership to ensure alignment and impact.

  • Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and deliver results across geographies.

  • Ensure talent initiatives are implemented efficiently and sustainably.

Enable Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Align roles, capabilities, and organizational structures with business goals.

  • Use analytics and insight to informed decisions and optimize workforce deployment.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in transformation, talent strategy, and employee experience—ideally in international and consulting environments.

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, workforce alignment, and leadership development.

  • Experience designing and delivering learning programs and future-of-work initiatives.

  • Strategic mindset with operational execution skills and a people-first approach.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to lead and understand a fully hybrid organization across cultures.

  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and shaping the future of work.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead with GRIT

What we Offer

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the Talent Operations function in a newly independent company. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values professional growth, open culture, and a healthy work-life balance. We offer a flexible hybrid work model and encourage continuous learning and development.
